Durmic Consulting offers a “Time and Materials” Approach to Service

Each Durmic Consulting service bill is based on time and materials. Projects range from resetting a customer’s password to building out a complex facility with multiple carriers and thousands of servers. Our deposit structure creates an atmosphere of accountability and enables us to access the materials we need to begin a project. We assign projects to our employees based on the order the project was received and the urgency of the project to ensure rapid turnaround. Unless otherwise specified, at the end of each month or project, we produce invoices to our customers.

Unforeseeable technology dilemmas can cause substantial and sometimes expensive system crashes, which can negatively affect customers. Durmic Consulting is adept at pinpointing disruptions before they occur. Warranty on Work

Durmic Consulting is a vendor agnostic company that provides hardware and software consulting. Durmic Consulting takes no responsibility nor implies any warranty on behalf of these entities. Warranties on our work are governed by those terms and conditions unless an SLA is in place on your account.

Rates and Pricing

The billable rate for Durmic Consulting Support is $150.00 an hour, with projects billed in 15-minute increments. We constantly seek our customers’ approval as the project is being built in order to ensure that customers get the service and products they want.  If you have an open ticket, we will immediately and effectively resolve the problem. If something seems incorrect, you require a debit altered, or need to cancel the request, you can respond to the order that was originally created. Time spent on the ticket prior to being resolved or canceled will not be refunded to the customer. Durmic Consulting also specializes in Managed Services that are billed on a month-to-month basis.   This is provided at a reduced rate based on the amount of hours purchased.

Promotions, Special Offers: Pre-payment Offers

From time to time, Durmic Consulting may offer discounted pricing for initial introductory periods (e.g., discounted fees for a block of service hours.) As a condition of such discounted pricing Durmic Consulting enforces a period of 12 months from purchase whereas customers may utilize their prepaid purchases, failure to utilize these purchases within that period will result in the expiration of the offer purchased.  For example, a ten hour block of service may be offered for a discount, with the standard pricing going into effect after the prepaid hours are utilized, if the hours are not utilized within 12 months of the purchase date then all unused service time expires.  Promotional offers are non-refundable.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Services, You acknowledge and agree that You have read, understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, along with any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies that Durmic Consulting may establish and post on its website from time to time.  At this time, Durmic Consulting does not offer a refund-based Money Backed Guarantee of any kind.
